Health and personal safety

We value diversity of people and thought, and we aim to make sure that everyone at INFRANET is treated with respect and dignity

We take the welfare of our staff seriously and strive to create and maintain safe and healthy working environments

Keeping people safe and healthy reflects our values and code of conduct, as well as our organizational focus on managing safety and operational risk.

We continue to monitor and report on key workforce occupational safety metrics such as recordable injury frequency and days away from work case frequency and we include both employees and contractors in our data.

We work to reduce exposure to occupational risks, which may include infectious diseases, fatigue or stress and other health issues. INFRANET’s group-wide operating management system provides requirements that our operations must follow with the objective of preventing harm to the health of employees, contractors, visitors and members of local communities who may live or work near our operating sites.
